Inspired by this purpose, the People, Communication & Sustainability teams came together for a volunteer initiative at SEMEAR — an organization that promotes the socio-professional inclusion of individuals with intellectual and developmental challenges through sustainable agriculture. 🌱

On a morning filled with meaning, 26 employees rolled up their sleeves and, with SEMEAR’s support, planted 800 lettuces and broccoli cabbages, weeded the fields, and prepared the soil for future crops.

💚 More than just planting, we strengthened bonds, shared experiences, and nurtured our internal culture rooted in solidarity, collaboration, and care.
