Sumol Compal presents its 2025 Integrated Report, marking the conclusion of the 2023–2025 strategic cycle—a three-year period characterized by sustained growth, operational strength, and business transformation.
2025 was also a symbolic year, in which we celebrated 80 years of history, reinforcing the purpose that has guided us from the very beginning: to bring more flavor to life, every day.
Over these three years, we achieved a particularly significant performance cycle, with record results.
A turnover exceeding €400 million, sustained growth driven by international expansion and the strengthening of our brands, and operating and financial performance at peak levels.
Today, Sumol Compal is present in more than 50 countries, consolidating its ambition for international growth.
Innovation was a key driver of this journey, with around 50 new products launched over the three-year period.
At the same time, we kept sustainability at the core of our operations, with tangible progress across the four pillars of our Agenda:
Decarbonization: progress in the energy transition.
Circular economy: use of 100% recycled PET in Serra da Estrela Water PET bottles.
Nutrition and well-being: reduction of sugar and promotion of more balanced choices.
People: achievement of a satisfaction index above the industry benchmark.
Community: active contribution to social development.
This journey was built on the engagement of our people and our commitment to the communities where we operate.
In 2025, we reached historic levels of internal satisfaction and strengthened our social impact through the launch of the Volunteer Program and support for various organizations and local initiatives.
We close this cycle on a solid foundation and enter a new phase with renewed ambition, responsibility, and a strong focus on the future, to continue building a greater and better Sumol Compal.
