At Sumol Compal, we believe that people’s talent is the driving force behind our success. Aligned with this vision, we launch the Talent Seed Program every two years, an initiative designed to attract, develop, and prepare young talents to join our Organization in the future.
This is a program designed to grow with people. Throughout the program, each trainee will have the dedicated guidance of a Mentor, ensuring a structured integration, continuous feedback, and real development opportunities.
Participants will also have the chance to experience different areas of the company, directly contributing to strategic business challenges while expanding their knowledge of the Organization.

This year’s edition will once again welcome four young talents from the fields of Management, Economics, or Marketing, who over the course of 12 months will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the reality of a company with more than 80 years of history and a strong presence in international markets.
