Leaders play a crucial role in inspiring, building trust, and generating sustainable value. With this purpose, the Sumol Compal Academy launched the 3rd edition of the Growing Leaders program, now extended to Technicians and Senior Technicians with teams, in addition to Managers and Specialists.

This program brings together 90 participants from various regions of the country in face-to-face sessions in Almeirim, Lisbon, and Pombal, with the aim of promoting a culture of innovation and providing practical tools for change management. The Kick-off session, held on September 23, featured Master Pedro Vermelhudo, whose martial choreography performance brought a perspective of resilience and determination.

The leaders participating in this program are highly qualified professionals with significant experience in their fields. The goal is to strengthen skills in team management, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making, develop the ability to inspire and motivate their colleagues, and promote a collaborative and innovative work environment.

In addition to the face-to-face sessions, the program includes interactive workshops and team-building activities aimed at strengthening leadership skills and fostering collaboration among participants. With a training path that will extend until January, Growing Leaders will conclude with an inspiring closing masterclass, where the vision of solid and transformative leadership will be reinforced.
