At Sumol Compal, we are committed to the well-being and literacy of communities in Portugal and beyond.
Based on our international Digital Strategy, the Sumol brand organized the first edition of the Sumol Digital Academy, a pioneering program in Angola aimed at strengthening skills in Influencer Marketing, empowering the next generation of digital influencers, and promoting relationships with the local community.
The response was massive, and in just one week, we received 1,000 applications for only 20 spots. This reaction led the brand to increase the number to 30 participants.
The Academy featured a panel of renowned speakers, and the event was structured in modules with practical applications and examples, inviting participants to respond in teams to a creative challenge.
This was the first initiative, a pilot project, which could be expanded to other African countries.
At Sumol Compal, we are attentive to the needs of our communities and will continue to promote the empowerment of young people in the field of Influencer Marketing, contributing to the literacy and professionalization of the sector.
